An entrepreneur at the heart of Alfred's 

An entrepreneur and builder of startups, Rafi co-founded alfred’s FoodTech after realizing the power of its first-of-its-kind platform to create a variety of plant-based food solutions that benefit end consumers. 


He is a seasoned professional with strong business development skills who brings two decades of business, engineering, and operation management experience spanning diverse industries, including pharma, biotech, medical devices and renewable energy. Rafi holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.

A visionary leader in food innovation

Food innovator at heart, Gofna joined alfred’s FoodTech because she believes it has what it takes to make a global impact - and soon: delicious and nutritious products, a huge market opportunity, simple and scalable technology and a dedicated team. 

She has over 20 years of experience, most of them at Nestle. Her areas of expertise cover technical knowledge in R&D, process scale-up and operations, consumer-centric product development, open innovation and business. She holds a degree in Food Engineering and an MBA.

Marina Kirjner

A scientist driven by excellence

Driven by a desire to promote health and sustainability , Marina joined alfred’s because she believes its innovative technology is set to change what we eat and promote environmental change.


Leading alfred’s R&D department, she previously worked at Teva and Dexcel Pharma. Applying her expertise to food-tech, she enjoys tackling new challenges and complex problems with scientific excellence. Marina holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Biotechnology Engineering and an MBA in leadership, strategy, and senior management.

Ariel Gerber

A leader of breakthrough solutions  

Passionate about finding creative solutions in the food industry, Ariel joined alfred’s FoodTech for its amazing plant-based products and innovative platform. 


Ariel is a leader of engineering and technological teams who believes in finding efficient and productive ways to bring food innovation to the table. With over 20 years of experience in the food industry, Ariel has a wealth of experience in management, leadership, and Process Engineering. He holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

 A passionate believer in creating change

An innovative PR professional with a passion for sustainability, Adi found that alfred’s FoodTech mission to create positive innovation in everyday food products aligns perfectly with her values. Then she fell in love with the taste. 


Adi specializes in creating impactful campaigns, driving meaningful change through strategic marketing and advertising. Adi’s contribution to alfred’s is driven by her marketing expertise and passion for all living creatures. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with minors in Marketing and Advertising.
